If so, come and take a tour of the Nature’s Rainbow Dye Garden next Sunday 11th July 2021. Two hour visits in groups of no more than six people, £10 entry which includes £3 voucher for dye plants or seeds bought on the day.

We have some common and less common dye plants to share with fellow enthusiasts.

You can enjoy a great nerdy natter with us about the plants, while supporting an invaluable local charity. The Triangle Community Garden runs learning disability projects: Growing Ability, Growing Gang and Growing Health, providing social therapeutic horticulture, work experience, and active healthy living support for their members.

Hitchin is roughly half way between London and Cambridge. The dye garden is five minutes’ walk from Hitchin Rail Station, which is 30-45 minutes from London Kings Cross or St Pancras and easily accessible from the A1(M) and M1.

Covid precautions include timed entry, maximum of six people to allow social distancing at all times.  Outdoor covered classroom provides refuge in the event of inclement weather. Toilets available.
